Chicken Fillet With Fine Sauce


INGREDIENTS:

500g chicken breast
200ml heavy cream
100g gorgonzola cheese
vegetable oil
salt
peper

PREPARATION:

Chicken breasts cut into steaks, season with salt, pepper and pound it. Fry on a pan with oil until golden brown, so remove remove from pan. In the same pan, pour in the cream and add crumbled cheese cheese.
Cook until it starts to thicken and add salt as needed. Return the chicken and briefly boil and serve.
